Job Description

Talabat is seeking a Manager CRM Campaigns Operations who plays a critical role in the fast paced environment of talabat with channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, e-mails and SMS being used to engage the customer base. This role will work closely with the Regional and Local Marketing functions to implement best in class campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. The candidate will act as a role model and subject matter expert in order to upskill the team on Braze knowledge while delivering innovation and best practices to improve their Campaign Ops. This is a senior level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 15000 AED to 30000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Manager CRM Campaigns Operations

  • Role within Regional Marketing across 8 markets.
  • Create complex multi-step, multi-channel campaigns through Braze with advanced knowledge of functionalities and capabilities of the tool.
  • Liaise with Retention Solutions team at Delivery Hero Central to implement new Braze innovations and mechanisms to improve customer engagement.
  • Create documentation to disseminate best practices and learnings to more junior members within Campaign Ops function.
  • Oversee train the trainer sessions to enable clear knowledge transfer and learning platform for junior team members.
  • Constantly monitor and identify new innovations from Braze and industry leading CRM tools to implement within talabat to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement enhancements to how the team launch campaigns to improve quality of delivery and launch efficiency.
  • Make recommendations for technology enhancements to ensure best in class ecosystem of infrastructure and software available in talabat for Campaign Ops purposes.
  • Support and mentor junior team members for more complex Campaign Ops requests that require close monitoring and guidance.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of a Manager CRM Campaigns Operations are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Deep subject matter expertise and experience using Braze.
  • At least 7 years of experience.
  • Experience in fast paced Digital/Start Up environment delivering high volume of campaigns.
  • Braze certification is not a must but will be looked upon favourably.

Skills Desired

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovation mindset is critical for this role to keep driving Campaign Ops forward.
