Job Description

Juma Al Majid Holding Group presently has a job opening for positon of Data Entry Operator in Dubai. This is an amazing job opportunity for all of the aspiring candidates, without any gender restriction. This is an entry level full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 4000 AED to 8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiatable during the interview.

Responsibilities of Data Entry Operator

  • Ensure all the RMA’s are posted in the company’s system on daily basis.
  • Generate invoices.
  • Ensure proper filing of all related documents.
  • Liaise with the sales team for any discrepancy in the customer returns.
  • Stock responsibility in the absence of the storekeeper.
  • Following up with accounts and invoicing data entry for hold orders.
  • Arrange with store keeper for stock taking.

Elgibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of an Data Entry Operator is as under:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience infield of Warehousing. 

Skills Desired

  • Advanced MS Office. 
  • Good communication skills (English Language oral and written).
  • Able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. 
  • Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period. 
  • Working knowledge on Oracle.
