Al-Futtaim Group is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). The role will manage the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies and will ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures.
Duties of Sales Manager
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
- Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly & consistently.
- Liaise with supporting functionalities to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
- Evaluate performance of sales staff.
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
- Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
- Manage & control debtor & stock days within budget days.
Sales Manager Job Requirements
Qualification
- Should have a bachelor’s degree or similarly qualified.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive.
- Experienced in managing the sales operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Experienced in managing a team.
