Job Purpose of A Clinic Coordinator

Responsible to provide non clinical support and coordination related to patients care including scheduling and following up on appointments and communicating with patients / guests and their families to provide instructions.

Your Duties As A Clinic Coordinator

• Timely complete personal performance evaluation cycle.
• Coordinates and schedules patients and guests visits and ensures follow up appointments are made.
• Handles and responds to emails and queries.
• Coordinates with the internal teams to ease out the patient / guest admission process.
• Reviews all patients related tests to ensure completeness and liaises with medical teams in case of any issues.
• Communicates with team members and maintains good liaison to ensure smooth conduct of activities.

• High School.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills Desired

• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to communicate and relay messages to patients in a sensitive manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
