Responsibilities of An Assistant Manager Concierge
Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Also assist the Rooms Division Manager in managing guest service department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Concierge operation and administration.
Qualification Requirements for Role of Assistant Manager Concierge
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Ideally 1 year work experience in same role or as Guest Service Manager.
Skills Desired
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
