Role of Admin Assistant
Maintain and manage calendar of the GM, including meeting and travel scheduling and domestic and international travel arrangements.
Duties as Admin Assistant
- Arranging hotel and flight bookings including entry visa applications.
- Handling teleconferences and video conferences for the GM.
- Processing Expense Reports.
- Preparing LPOs.
- Clearing of vendor invoices.
- Meeting and event planning and organization for the employees.
- Preparation of event sponsorship documentations for regional and international events for HCPs.
- Using intermediate to advanced software skills to perform work assigned.
- Coordinating new employee office set-ups and onboarding.
- Tracking and updating department leave balance & submit quarterly report to HR.
- Sending courier.
- Frequently handle confidential or business-sensitive information.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Education & Experience
- Any Graduate with 1-3 years experience as an Assistant with reputed organization.
Knowledge & Skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications, Outlook and OneConcur.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be adept at handling multiple assignments.
- Ability to work in a highly diverse business environment.
