Job Description

Beside Group is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Human Resources Administrator in Dubai. The job holder will be responsible for managing HR administration responsibilities to deliver an excellent staff experience while supporting employee relations and departmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry & Management: Act as the main point of contact for data compilation & entry during the launch and go-live phase of the new HRMS system in order to support the roll out process.
  • Responsible for maintaining staff data on the HRMS system in order to ensure data integrity and control.
  • Benefits Administration: Administers the employee’s insurance policies such as group life, medical insurance, Employer Liability and social insurance.
  • Administers other Company benefits such as uniform allowances, airfare, salary advance, reimbursements, long service and any new benefits introduced in order to ensure that employees are provided with their entitlements.
  • Manage timely administration of new joiner and leaver’s benefits activation and deactivation respectively.
  • Facilitating the issuance of rewards vouchers, certificates, tokens etc. as part of engagement projects.
  • Advises and informs the employees of the changes and developments related to benefits including eligibility, coverage and provisions.
  • Support Staff Requests: Responsible for supporting all staff requests related to letters to ensure that employee requests are met on a timely basis.
  • Leave & Attendance: Facilitate the HR Supervisor on the staff attendance monitoring and leave tracking.
  • Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves, sick days, hours worked etc.)
  • Employee Communications: Manage the employee announcements timely (e.g. birthdays, new joiners, promotions and leavers communications etc.)
  • Administer the monthly HR Newsletter.
  • Miscellaneous Support for the HR Department: Provide general support to the HR department as & when needed in order to facilitate the department.

Requirements for Role of Human Resources Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree HR.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR functions.
