Job Purpose of A Health Caregiver

The purpose of a Healthcare is to provide essential assistance and support to individuals with medical needs, fostering their well being and improving their quality of life.

Job Duties of A Health Caregiver

  • Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing and grooming.
  • Assists nurses in manual handling of residents and with bathing.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and healthy patient environment.
  • Responsible for ensuring patients have appropriate supplies.
  • Assists patients and nurses on external trips.
  • Participates in resident’s social activities.
  • Supports patient and family when patient is admitted to hospital.
  • Perform any other job duties / tasks as assigned by HOD.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

  • Candidates must have Diploma in Nursing.

Experience

  • Must have 1 year of working experience in a healthcare environment.
