Job Description
Eyewa was founded in 2017, and are the fastest-growing eyewear company in the Middle East. Their mission is to provide access to quality eyewear at unmatched value by creating and curating the right designs for the region. Currently, they are seeking a CRM Lead to join them in their Dubai office as part of the growth of the team!
Responsibilities of CRM Lead
- CRM Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences and behaviors and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Segment customer database based on various criteria and develop targeted marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage different customer segments.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute and monitor CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push, WhatsApp and SMS at a monthly calendar level.
- Lifecycle Automation: Ownership of on-going customer Lifecycle Journeys, with ongoing iterations to ensure best performance as well as creation. And execution of new journey initiatives identified.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM initiatives, track key metrics. And generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, Commercial, Tech and Product teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends and new technologies in CRM.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to drive continuous optimization of CRM initiatives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor CRM Executives, providing guidance, support & on-going training to ensure the team delivers high-quality work .
Requirements for Role of CRM Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in CRM, project management, data analysis or related fields are desirable.
- Minimum 4-5 years in CRM with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Experience with CRM customization.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences via content, creatives and personalized campaigns.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and tools, such as Braze and MoEngage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML and multi-channel best practices.
- Staying on top of industry trends and new technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and drive projects to successful completion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong content and proofreading skills are desirable for the CRM Lead position, ensuring all customer-facing communications are engaging, error-free and aligned with the brand’s tone and messaging strategy.
