Job Purpose Of Food & Beverage Attendant

To provide excellent customer service and assist with food and drink service in a dining or hospitality establishment.

Job Duties of A Food & Beverage Attendant

• Responsible for assisting the waiter in delivering an exceptional standard of service.
• You will be working closely with both kitchen and service team, making sure that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.
• It is also essential that you have full knowledge of the food menu and ensure that orders are delivered in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide hands-on support to the Chefs and Asst.
• Outlet Manager on all areas of their assigned duties.
• Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks.
• Complete Day-to-day activities in line with instructions, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Qualification & Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel.
• High school graduate.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player.
• Manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
