Job Description
Jams HR Solutions has an opportunity for Medical Sales Representative (Hearing Aids/ENT Lines) in Dubai. The job was posted by the company on 12 March 2024. This is a full time job with no gender restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales in private and public network for hearing aids.
- Experience in ENT lines is a must.
- Experience in hearing aids is best.
- Better to have a known network of ENTs in both public hospital network from northern emirates, dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- Promote and sell hearing aids and ENT products to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies.
- Provide product training and support.
- Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities.
Requirements of Medical Sales Representative
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in medical sales.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Should enjoy working in a team and be able to solve problems and resolve issues in an amicable manner.
- Should have interpersonal and delegation capabilities.
