Job Description

Tecon SES provides a wide professional range of engineering solutions. Currently, Tecon has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Sales Engineer in Agriculture in Dubai. Candidates interested for this role are invited to submit their applications.

Responsibilities of Sales Engineer

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling and attending industry events.
  • Highly capable to provide technical presentations to prospective clients and consultants.
  • Work experience with Ministries/Clients and consultants.
  • Generating leads and fulfilling sales targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and forecasts to the management team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Long term commitment.

Requirements for Role of Sales Engineer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience is required Landscaping and Irrigation.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Able to get specify the products with consultant/clients/Ministries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of products and services is a plus.
