Job Description

Duties of Human Capital Business Partner

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across all levels and functions.
  • Plan and execute events collaboratively with HCBPs, including town halls, sports events, and social gatherings.
  • Drive internal communication of culture messages in partnership with corporate communication teams
  • Implement employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate achievements.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with talent management and learning and development teams to identify talent needs and formulate strategies.
  • Own the performance management cycle and ensure timely communication of updates to employees and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet Emiratization and diversity targets, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace environment reflective of organizational values and societal needs.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role a Human Capital Business Partner are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human capital management, with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and talent management.
