Job Description

Solution Architect at Transguard Group will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technical solutions that align with the company’s business goals and requirements in the automotive domain. This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of systems and applications.

Job Duties of Solution Architect

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectures.
  • Define and drive the overall IT architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Develop solution architectures that align with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Define and implement an automation strategy to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and provide recommendations on suitable technologies and tools.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies and tools to support automation initiatives.
  • Assess the feasibility and impact of integrating new technologies into existing systems.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize adoption and leverage of unused capabilities in existing systems.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Design and implement solutions to optimize and automate manual and repetitive tasks.
  • Provide guidance on technology selection, frameworks, and patterns.
  • Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for automation projects in collaboration with Security & Governance Manager.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, automation workflows, and implementation details.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements for Solution Architect

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 5-6 years of extensive experience in solution architecture, system design, and software development methodologies.

Skills Desired

  • Strong understanding of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
