Job Description
Adecco Middle East is hiring Hostess(12 months extendable contract) for one of their reputed client in UAE. Responsibilities of Hostess
- As a Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Candidate will be the face of brand, responsible for ensuring that each customer receives a positive and memorable experience when visiting retail locations.
- Assist customers in navigating the store and provide product information.
- Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support in organizing and hosting events or product launches.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements of Hostess
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Skills and Abilities Desired
- Assist customers in navigating the store and provide product information.
- The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Basic knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Due to nature of job role and its responsibilities candidates fluent in Russians are preferred.
