Job Description

The Supermarket Officer at IIQAF Group will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their supermarket. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Duties of Supermarket Officer

  • Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages.
  • Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Train and supervise new employees, ensuring they adhere to IIQAF policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle any escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the supermarket is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to prevent theft or damage to products.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate favorable pricing.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability.

Requirments for Supermarket Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
