Job Description
The Printing Press Executive at IIQAF Group will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of their printing press operations. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the printing industry, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a deep commitment to producing high-quality materials.
Duties of Printing Press Executive
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the printing press, including scheduling, budgeting, and production planning.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of printing press operators and technicians.
- Ensure the printing press is running efficiently and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain inventory levels of printing materials and supplies
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure all materials produced meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Collaborate with design and graphics teams to ensure all materials are printed accurately and according to specifications.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and timely delivery of materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in printing technology to continuously improve our processes and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirments for Printing Press Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Printing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a printing press environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and technology.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize workloads.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple project timelines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
