Job Description

Retailing industry is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead thei team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities of Retail Store Manager

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Hire, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure that the store maintains a clean and organized appearance at all times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements of Retail Store Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
