Advertising industry is looking for motivated individual who thrive in a customer centric environment. A Sales Associate will play a key role in providing exceptional service, assisting customers, and driving sales.
Responsibilities of Sales Associate
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services to meet those needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized sales floor, restocking shelves as needed.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies.
- Provide excellent after sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements of Sales Associate
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience of 1-2 years is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
