Job Description
As a Senior Specialist Digital Marketing (Outsource) at Tabreed, candidate will encompasses a variety of responsibilities geared towards cultivating a robust online presence and driving strategic digital marketing initiatives. Which involves the meticulous execution of market research and analysis to pinpoint target audiences, laying the foundation for the development of highly effective digital marketing strategies. From formulating comprehensive campaigns spanning diverse channels such as social media, email, search engines and display advertising to managing and optimizing paid search and social media advertising endeavors, the role aims at maximizing return on investment and attaining overarching business objectives.
Responsibilities of Senior Specialist Digital Marketing
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, email newsletters and other digital marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors and internal teams.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates and revenue generated from digital marketing efforts.
- Formulate and refine the brand strategy to align with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
- Identify and foster collaborations and partnerships that enhance the brand’s image and extend its reach.
- Policies and Procedures: Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Health, Safety and Environment: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
Requirements for Role of Senior Specialist Digital Marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with experience in Digital Marketing and Social media.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint and LinkedIn Marketing.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience primarily in Digital Marketing, must show experience in both B2B and B2C companies.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
Bilingual – Fluent in English and Arabic.
