Job Description
Real Estate industry is seeking a detail oriented and motivated individual to join their finance team as a Junior Accountant. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of their organization.
Responsibilities of Accountant
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of general ledger entries.
- Support month end and year end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation for audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Perform routine financial calculations and analysis.
- Keep abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards.
Requirements of Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Less than 1 year of experience in similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
