X sell & Engagement Officer at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is responsible to implement & execute tactical campaigns targeted at liabilities acquisition, growth & retention. The Job Holder is works with the Head of Liabilities portfolio function to ensure timely roll outs of various initiatives. This would include procuring internal approval on campaign constructs, T&Cs, marketing materials, etc. The role would also work with wider team to implement product construct & pricing changes, including customer comms. The is an intermediate level and full time role and for this job the salary ranges from 15000 AED to 25000 AED.

Responsibilities of X sell & Engagement Officer

  • Develop and roll out agreed BTL activities to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis to find opportunities around engage with customers to enhance share of wallet.
  • Design, plan and implement end-to-end sales and campaigns to acquire new to account customers, increase liabilities balances and control customer / balance attrition.
  • Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders for alignment & to carry out all the relevant activities.
  • Proactively analyze competitors’ business and marketing activities to trends.
  • Monitor campaign response rates and prepare the program result tracking.
  • Conduct regular portfolio performance reviews.
  • Work with Liabilities Product team and other key stakeholders to support new products roll outs.
  • Roll-out promotions and manage communication within the network
  • Regular review and enhancement of existing processes and development of new processes supporting the Liabilities promotions.
  • Engage with Branches & other sales channel to ensure awareness and alignment with campaigns and promotions.

Requirements of X sell & Engagement Officer

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 05 years’ experience in revenue / portfolio management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collate & interpret data.
  • Results oriented: is self-motivated driven by the need to succeed.
  • Personal organization: demonstrates high levels of personal organization, delivering on time. Plans effectively to deliver goals.
  • Fair knowledge of financials and budgeting.
  • background in product development OR digital marketing
  • Fair knowledge in Islamic Banking.
  • Understanding of portfolio dynamics including demographic factors, competitor products and services.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of liabilities products & features.
  • Familiarity with local banking regulations.
