Activities Of Transformation And Innovation Manager 

Following are the duties and responsibilities for the said role:

  • Data-Driven Leadership and Management: Drive data-driven decision making, ambition, and accountability in leadership and management.
  • Ensure the best-in-class approach is taken to implement initiatives.
  • Strategic Execution and Collaboration: Lead and manage the execution and collaboration of the transformation to efficiently achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Progress Tracking and Support: Support the Transformation Office (TO) in tracking progress against targets.
  • Transformation Handover Coordination: Coordinate the handover of the transformation upon completion to ensure a smooth transition to steady state.
  • Organizational Optimization Analysis: Analyse how people, teams, or entire parts of the organization can be optimized to achieve desired results.
  • Value Addition and Time Management: Ensure the program adds value and adheres to time constraints to meet critical business needs.
  • Operating Model Alignment:  Align the operating model (methods and processes) to drive successful organizational change and long-term performance.
  • Operating Model and Business Development: Assure that the Operating Model enables effective and customer-centric business development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration for Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify transformation opportunities.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of transformation finance analysts, change management specialists, and corporate planner.

Minimum Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Transformation And Innovation Manager are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in transformation management, preferably in a major industry.
