Emirates Transport is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team and play a pivotal role in their Emiratization hiring plan in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out key activities required by the recruitment process, with a strong focus on hiring candidates for Nationalization Development Program. This is a senior level full time role. For this position salary can range between 10000 to 20000 AED/month.

Duties of A Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Lead the recruitment efforts for the Emiratization hiring plan, ensuring we meet our goals for increasing the representation of UAE nationals within our workforce.
  • Source, attract, and hire candidates for the Nationalization Development Program, providing opportunities for UAE nationals to grow and excel within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a qualified talent pool.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a professional and welcoming interview process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress towards Emiratization goals.
  • Organize hiring campaigns and participate in Emiratization career fairs to attract top national talent and promote our Nationalization Development Program.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, highlighting our commitment to Emiratization and opportunities for national talent development.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in graduate recruitment or talent development programs.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
