As a Sales Consultant in Valextra at Seddiqi Holding in Umm Al Sheif, Dubai, UAE, candidate will be an ambassador for Valextra. Candidate will report directly to the Store Manager. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-7000 AED/month. Desirous candidates fulfilling under mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their applications.

Responsibilities of Sales Consultant

  • To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Valextra products.
  • To maximize every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets.
  • Building brand awareness and a client base, develop client books and CRM.
  • Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date.

Requirements for Role of Sales Consultant

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service within the luxury retail industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Candidates preferred who reflect the Brand Values.
  • Highly energetic, dynamic and self-motivated.
  • Presentable and confident communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English language (mandatory).
  • Chinese / Arabic / Russian language knowledge is advantage.
