The Retailing industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Personal Assistant to join them. This is a mid career, full time role. Responsibilities of Personal Assistant

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information for meetings, projects, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and business functions.
  • Run errands and handle personal tasks for the executive as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by the executive.

Requirements for the role of Personal Assistant

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
