Marketing Manager Automotive Al Masaood Abu Dhabi

Marketing Manager in Automotive at Al Masaood in Infiniti Showroom Building, Fatima Bint Mubarak Street (Formally Najda Street), PO Box 322, Abu Dhabi, UAE is responsible to drive the Al Masaood Automobiles brands and businesses in line with the defined Business Plans. Candidate is responsible to constantly measure the results of all marketing initiatives, through the use of data/insights, ensuring constant improvement of future activities. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 13000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Marketing Manager

  • Managerial Responsibilities: Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Head of Marketing. And ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Drives the Marketing division results through effective planning, resource allocation, work allocation, monitoring and decision making in order to achieve the area-level KPIs.
  • Core Responsibilities: Drive regular reviews with the Sales teams to drive performance and alignment with each division targets.
  • Develops the annual marketing plans and regularly reviews them on a quarterly basis to secure the implementation delivers on set targets.
  • Monitors and implements new retail activities to increase leads generation, test drive and conversion rates and report regularly to the Head of Marketing on performance and KPIs tracking.
  • Constantly looks for opportunities for performance improvement and drive new projects to innovate AMA go to market approach.
  • Benchmarks on competition retail best practices and report to the Head of Marketing learnings and proposals to bridge the gap or create further differentiation.
  • Leads media and marketing agencies to develop effective tactical campaigns and on ground activation. To hit sales objectives while achieving strong marketing ROI.
  • Keeps track of the Marketing ROI to justify future investments.
  • Leads and supports special projects as needed.
  • People Management: Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team. And ensure effective implementation of the AMA performance management process.
  • Manages the team members by evaluating their performance, providing feedback on an on going basis. Identifying development needs and coaching them to ensure capability development.

Self Management

  • Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Head of Marketing and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
  • Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Head of Marketing to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
  • Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
  • Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.

Requirements for Role of Marketing Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of Automation Machinery Manufacturing experience
  • Valid driver’s license
