Responsibilities Of Change Management Specialist 

Following are the duties and Activities for the said role:

Strategic Change Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with the organization’s long-term transformation and health goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and ensure effective communication and involvement throughout the change process, specifically focusing on organizational health initiatives.

Performance Monitoring

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, assessing user readiness and adoption, and making necessary adjustments.

Collaboration and Leadership

  •  Work closely with the Transformation, Human Resources, and Communication teams.
  • Align change management activities with broader organizational objectives and remove any bottlenecks to health initiatives.

Training and Support

  • Design and deliver training programs to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems, including updates in key processes and Delegations of Authority (DoAs) as per organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and supervisors, emphasizing the importance of new health initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Change Management Specialist are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in change management (e.g. ACMP) preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in change management, ideally within a strategy/transformation context.
  • Experience in consulting or corporate environments is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficient in project management and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
