Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Agent Experience Center. The role hol is a customer-facing role targeted at smart, personable, technology-inclined, and customer-obsessed individuals.
Responsibilities of Experience Center Agent
- Maintains good employee relations and motivate colleagues.
- Provide guidance to walk-in customers on product and service offerings.
- Educate customers and potential customers with information and delivery timelines.
- Ensures strict adherence to Bab Al Shams Desert Resort Standard Operating Procedures related to guest experience and activities.
- Serve guests by providing product/ service information related to the delivery life cycle, rates, and payment.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Promote and cross-sell the company’s products.
Requirements of Experience Center Agent
- Certificate of completion of NYSC.
- 1 – 4 years previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
