Responsibilities of Warehouse Dispatch Team Leader

• Coordinate and prioritize order pickups and deliveries with transportation teams.
• Manage and allocate warehouse resources, including labor and equipment.
• Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements for Role of Warehouse Dispatch Team Leader

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
