Job Description

GMG is looking for a hands-on VNA Operator to keep things moving in the warehouse out in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time gig pays AED 3,000-4,000 a month, about what folks pull in for forklift work around here in UAE logistics. You’ll run the very narrow aisle trucks to load up, pick out, and shift stock around, plus keep tabs on inventory and spot any mix-ups. Got to have that valid UAE RTA forklift license with VNA stamp and 1-2 years running machines like this. Know your way around warehouse safety rules and handle the rush when orders pile up. Job Title

VNA Operator

Responsibilities

  • Run the VNA truck right to handle incoming loads, pick orders, and shift products without a hitch.
  • Sort stuff into the right spots and call out if counts don’t match up.
  • Jump on stock checks whenever the boss asks, including those SSAT runs.
  • Wipe down gear, tools, and the floor to keep everything neat and out of harm’s way.
  • Stick to safety and quality rules so no one gets hurt or stock goes bad.
  • Fire up the VNA vehicle safe and clean, ready for the next shift every time.
  • Track maintenance logs and ping the supervisor when something needs fixing.
  • Push through tight spots and keep cool when deadlines stack up.
  • Help load and unload trucks to speed up the flow.
  • Spot-check products for damage or shortfalls on arrival.
  • Team up with the crew to tweak how things run smoother day to day.
  • Log all moves in the system for easy tracking later.
  • Clear out old stock or extras to free up space quick.
  • Back up other warehouse hands when the load gets heavy.

Requirements

Education

High school finish or same level; grab a technical cert like ITI in electrical or mechanical if you can. Valid UAE RTA forklift license with VNA is non-negotiable.

Experience

1-2 years working machines, especially VNA or reach trucks in a warehouse spot.

Skills:

  • Solid at driving VNA without scrapes or spills.
  • Sharp eyes for catching inventory glitches fast.
  • Good talk in English to chat with the team; Arabic throws in extra points.
  • Tough under fire when the warehouse heats up.
  • Quick fixes for small jams on the floor.

Knowledge:

  • Full grip on warehouse safety dos and don’ts.
  • How to track stock and keep counts straight.
  • Basics on tuning up VNA trucks for the long haul.
  • UAE rules for handling gear in tight spaces.
  • Simple rundown on systems for logging orders.
