VIP Concierge Coordinator Dubai UAE Full-time

This role delivers bespoke VIP concierge services within a premium lounge environment, including membership enrollment, dining and entertainment reservations, transportation arrangements, and personal shopping on behalf of guests. You will conduct pre‑arrival calls, personalise each member’s visit based on their full profile and preferences, and maintain a peaceful, service‑friendly atmosphere through F&B service and housekeeping oversight. Consequently, your knowledge of the UAE events calendar, key contacts, and B2B relationships with tenants directly enhances the outstanding VIP guest experience at Majid Al Futtaim’s flagship properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage membership enrollment, welcome new and regular members, show facilities, describe services, and facilitate all concierge requirements.
• Assist guests with various tasks related to their visit to the lounge, therefore providing full information about the entire Mall, its services, and the local vicinity.
• Maintain a peaceful and service‑friendly environment in the lounge, including F&B service, housekeeping duties, ambience management, and all remaining services.
• Provide professional and discreet VIP concierge services such as arranging reservations (dining, wellbeing, entertainment), off‑premise activities (transportation, airport/hotel check‑ins, shopping), and service bookings.
• Conduct pre‑arrival calls for members, making preliminary arrangements for their lounge and mall experience. Personalise each member’s visit by knowing their full profile and preferences, therefore surprising them while protecting data under full confidentiality.
• Stay aware of the UAE events calendar, activity updates, and VIP access to all, maintaining key contacts updated at all times.
• Manage in‑lounge service bookings including venue preparation and payment management.
• Act as a Personal Shopper – assist VIP guests with shopping advice, highlight latest trends and upcoming items in their preferred stores, and shop on behalf of guests.
• Establish strong B2B engagement with all in‑lounge service providers and tenants, actioning requests received through them instantly. Manage all campaigns related to the lounge in line with campaign management SOPs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in the hospitality field, preferably at Front Desk and/or Concierge roles.
• Strong knowledge of VIP guest service standards, including discretion, confidentiality, and personalisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple concierge requests simultaneously, from dining reservations to personal shopping.
• Familiarity with UAE event calendar, local attractions, and premium retail brands within the mall.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, service providers, and members.
• Proficiency in booking systems, payment management, and campaign execution.
