VIP Ambassador – UAE National Full-time

American Hospital Dubai is looking for a polished and service-oriented VIP Ambassador to join its guest relations team. This is an Emiratisation opportunity open to UAE Nationals only. The VIP Ambassador is the first point of contact for VIP and executive patients and their families, ensuring a seamless, premium and culturally sensitive experience throughout their hospital journey.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort VIP patients and their families, providing a warm, professional and personalised reception experience.
• Coordinate appointments, admissions, registration and discharge processes to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.
• Act as a liaison between VIP patients, clinical teams and hospital departments to address requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Anticipate patient needs and provide concierge-style support, including hospitality, wayfinding and information services.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints with discretion, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the hospital’s standards of privacy, etiquette and service excellence.
• Support initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and the overall VIP experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality, business administration, public relations or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, hospitality or a patient-facing role is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
