Overview Of The Role:
The Regional Sales & Range Leader is a pivotal role within the IKEA Retail Division, responsible for driving sales and optimizing the product range across various home furnishing Business Areas. The role entails setting and achieving sales and gross margin goals as determined by regional commercial management. As a central figure in the sales structure, the leader is expected to maintain in-depth market knowledge and implement strategies that align with IKEA’s global and local business plans. This role demands a thorough understanding of IKEA products, market trends, and consumer needs, alongside strategic coordination with Logistics, Marketing, and store teams to promote a seamless and profitable product offering.
