Key responsibilities

• Support planning, resourcing and progress monitoring for assigned scopes.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Apply relevant codes, HSE requirements and company procedures at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, operations and site teams to keep work on track.
• Identify risks early and propose practical, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar tug chief officer role, ideally in the UAE or wider Gulf region.
• Solid planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE is an advantage.
