Transformation Manager – Consumer Finance | Financial Services Transformation & Development Full-time

This role evolves the operating model within Al‑Futtaim’s Financial Services division by converting conceptual frameworks into specific lending use cases and mapping workflows for a seamless, profitable lending journey. You will lead product launches from zero to one, set up underwriting and loan booking processes for new verticals, and guide tech stack selection to make customer experiences instant. Consequently, your success directly drives higher conversion rates, faster origination cycles, and a frictionless user experience across consumer finance, retail banking, and fintech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of new lending products from zero to one. Therefore, manage end‑to‑end setup of operations including underwriting workflows and loan booking processes.
• Translate abstract conceptual frameworks into specific use cases for immediate implementation. Guide tech stack selection to enable instant, seamless customer experiences.
• Lead the definition, planning, and structuring of complex cross‑functional initiatives. Actively steer program execution by identifying and resolving roadblocks.
• Support the development of robust business cases by analyzing and testing hypotheses. Run advanced Excel analysis to identify process waste and uncover revenue opportunities.
• Translate data into sharp charts and executive presentations for management decisions. Track metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Influence operational staff and senior executives to drive immediate change. Overcome organizational resistance and ensure smooth transition to business‑as‑usual (BAU).
• Define, track, and achieve project milestones and target KPIs (e.g., reduced loan approval time). Design benefits realization trackers and hold function owners accountable.
• Partner with tech and digital teams to define business requirements for financial systems. Translate commercial requirements into technical specifications for platforms like LMS.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer finance, retail banking, or fintech, with a deep understanding of lending mechanics.
• Master‑level proficiency in Excel for complex data modeling, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.
• Ability to create executive‑ready presentations from operational data, using sharp visualizations and clear storytelling.
• Proven experience in influencing change at all organizational levels, from shop‑floor operations to C‑suite executives.
• Strong knowledge of turnaround time (TAT) and straight‑through processing (STP) rate improvements in lending environments.
• Experience integrating third‑party service providers seamlessly into business architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, and regulatory standards in UAE consumer finance.
