Threads Shopper Coordinator Trainee in NEWGEN Program at Chalhoub Group in Unit GS, 075, Financial Center Rd, Downtown Dubai, Dubai, UAE will be assisting their personal shopping team to help them deliver the best luxury shopping experience to the Threads clients. Candidate will find and research luxury items and latest trends for their global clientele, support with day to day operations of the shoppers candidate work with, create edits and support with in store content. This is a highly important, supportive role at the front line of their luxury personal shopping business. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-6000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Threads Shopper Coordinator Trainee
- Learning: Absorbing all things Threads Styling: Their entrepreneurial work culture, mission statement, unique business model and processes.
- Developing an understanding of the luxury retail market, including key brand partners, product categories, and ‘hero’ products.
- Learning about global HNW/UHNW private clients, their needs, and service expectations.
- Shadowing: Shadowing the personal shoppers during face-to-face appointments, when possible.
- Gaining skills in ‘chat commerce’ by observing your personal shoppers engage with, inspire, and transact with clients via WhatsApp and social media.
- Giving input when required to help your personal shopper generate personalized, curated content for their client base.
- Stakeholder: Pitching in however needed to satisfy client requirements, including: collecting goods, fulfilling product sourcing requests. And developing brand contacts across key boutique partners.
- Working alongside key operation personnel to ensure E2E client journey KPIs are achieved, especially. Raising sales orders, submitting purchase declarations, updating clients on their order progress, and liaising with brand and supplier partners.
- Social Media: Monitoring social media trends to help proactively spot ‘hot’/viral product opportunities
Requirements for Role of Threads Shopper Coordinator Trainee
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years experience in private/luxury shopping , or experience in the luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle industries.
- Flexible and hungry to develop their skill set and industry experience.

- Understands how to engage, empathise and up-sell with High Net Worth, luxury customers
- Has extensive product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market
- Fluent in another language –not requirement but preferable
