Job Description

MAGRABi Retail Group is actively seeking experienced and qualified individual to take on the role of a Style Advisor in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible to deliver the best-in-class and unique customer service and style consultation with the up-to-date fashion trends in MAGRABi luxury retail stores to increase customer conversion and retention and inspire brand loyalty.

Responsibilities of The Style Advisor

  • Consistently providing a superior level of service and style advise to clients by meeting their, individual needs, fashion goals and lifestyle.
  • Advising clients to update their look, improve, or develop a professional image with fashion style.
  • Recommending clients frames, sunglasses and colored contact lenses for various occasions and events according to the up-to-date trends.
  • VIC account management, Calling VICs and scheduling in-store appointments, welcoming and assisting them during their visit in the store.
  • Being responsible for the online in-store style advising service bookings, monitoring and following up the reservations, welcoming and assisting the clients during their appointments in the store.
  • Following up-to-date fashion trends and maintaining timeless knowledge of fashion principles and transferring the knowledge to the Client Advisors.
  • Shadowing the Client Advisors during their sales service and supporting them until they close the sales by sharing fashion advises with the clients according to their needs and profiles.
  • Compliance to MAGRABi policies, values, code of conduct and procedures in day-to-day work.
  • Compliance to attendance policies, shifts schedules, uniform and store operating procedures.
  • Acquiring full knowledge of categories, products services and after-sale services.

Requirements for Role of The Style Advisor

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a must, fashion major is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury, premium fashion, or beauty retailer.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Advanced level English and Arabic speaking and writing skills are must to have.
  • Stylish, very presentable with an energetic personality and positive attitude.
  • Expert on using social media channels.
  • Extensive knowledge on fashion brands and history, fashion designers and brand ambassadors.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date fashion trends and color schemes.
  • Excellent observations skills and exceptional eye for detail.
  • Strong sense of aesthetic.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
