We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting freight forwarding services, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Technical Skills
- CRM Software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar)
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the freight forwarding industry
- Present freight forwarding services to prospective clients and explain key benefits
- Understand client logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, pricing models, and industry trends
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
