Responsibilities of Telephone Operator

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner as an Telephone operator.
• Provide information about the organisation, services and products.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings via phone.
• Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Complete your duty hours in a befitting manner.
• After completion of duty, hand over complete details to the next person on duty.
• Perform any other operatoe related tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements of Telephone Operator

• Minimum High School.
• 1-2 years Previous experience in same or similar role is advantageous.
