Job Description

Currently they are looking to hire a Male candidate for the job role of a Technical Sales Engineer in Security Solutions in Jebel Ali Free zone، South Area، Jebel Ali Free Zone Street, Dubai, UAE. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 7000-8000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.
Responsibilities of Technical Sales Engineer
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase security solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals that address specific security challenges faced by clients.
- Provide expert technical support during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns about security technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to effectively position the company’s solutions in the market.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective implementation and utilization of security solutions.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote security offerings and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with product management to relay customer feedback and influence future product development.
Requirements for Role of Technical Sales Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales engineering or a similar role within the cybersecurity industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess security risks and articulate solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities to meet client needs swiftly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and industry events as require.
