NAFFCO presently has a job opening for suitably qualified and experienced candidate for position of a Technical/Engineering Coordinator in Dubai.

Job Description of Technical/Engineering Coordinator

  • Coordinate projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations to optimize workflow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineering teams, addressing issues, facilitating communication, and resolving conflicts.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and proposals to support project objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and enhance reliability.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to meet project timelines and specifications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share innovative ideas and enhance operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coordination or project management, showcasing proven expertise.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members while fostering collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluency in English
