Talent Acquisition Specialist Marina Home Interiors Dubai

The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist at Marina Home Interiors will work collaboratively with hiring managers whilst developing strong relationships and ensuring that the best candidates are identified to meet the business needs. Candidate will report to the Senior Manager HR directly.

Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Will be responsible for managing the full recruitment & onboarding cycle, including sourcing applicants, initial screening, assisting with the interview process.
• Providing feedback, completing the offer process and full 360 onboarding of the hired candidate whilst keeping engaged with the candidate throughout the process.
• Adhere to relevant Market’s (UAE & GCC) labor law and local regulations governing the employment process.
• Will manage multiple vacancies at one time including volume & blue collar recruitment as well as mid-management to senior level recruitment and will manage relationships with 3rd party recruitment agencies which also include overseeing contract agreements.
• Understanding of UAE & GCC labor laws and various visa processes required to successfully onboard a candidate.

Requirements for Role of Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting for retail and fashion industries is a plus
• Experience in blue collar, volume & specialized senior level recruitment is mandatory.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
• UAE driver’s license is a plus.
