Resources required for RLNG project 2706 at site. NMDC Group is hiring a Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee day-to-day construction activities on the RLNG (Regasified LNG) Project 2706 at site, leading multi-discipline crews across structural, piping, mechanical and finishing scopes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise foremen and chargehands in execution of construction activities at the RLNG project site.
- Brief crews on JSAs, method statements and ITPs; ensure works follow approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Construction Engineer, QA/QC, HSE and Planning to meet daily targets.
- Monitor productivity, manpower and material deployment; escalate obstacles to the Construction Manager.
- Drive HSE, permit-to-work and quality compliance across the assigned area.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in a construction or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of construction supervision experience on oil & gas, LNG or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership of multi-trade crews and ability to read drawings and ITPs.
- Good written and spoken English; willing to work site rotations.
