Supervisor Production Planning & Control GAL UAE

Supervisor Production Planning & Control at GAL will reports directly to the Operations Manager on all related maintenance operations affecting production. Carries out directives from the Project Manager and Operation Manager. Supervises Production Control activities for all levels of maintenance within the organization. Candidate will be  responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of the Production Planning & Control department and supervision of personnel assigned at the base.

Responsibilities

• Implement the scheduling; controlling work hours and overtime for assigned personnel.
• Responsible for all administrative duties such as appraisals, scheduling, attendance, etc.
• Verify processes and procedures and providing recommended changes to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for all equipment accountability assigned to section.
• Verify Daily Aircraft Status report is completed.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance efforts with both the First Line and Second Line leadership.
• Organize repair shops and logistics activities to support maintenance plans.
• Monitors Operational Readiness Rate.
• Monitor the status of all aircraft maintenance work and corresponding work orders.
• Responsible Controlled Exchange Procedures are followed and properly documented.
• Assist supervisors in managing maintenance efforts at all levels.

Requirements for Role of Supervisor Production Planning & Control

• Bachelor degree in Aviation/ Industry or Management. OR
• 4 Years Supervisory Position Experience.
• Minimum 4 years in PP&C supervisory position.
• Must have 3 years experience in SCM dealing with military.
