Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor (T) and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s cybersecurity landscape. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager – Cybersecurity, you will undergo a comprehensive 1-year training program, delving into the intricacies of asset protection and overall security enhancement. This role offers a rare opportunity to contribute to our digital transformation journey and establish yourself as a key player in our IT – CC department.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
- Develop and execute strategic cybersecurity plans to safeguard our digital assets and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement robust controls.
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and educate the team on best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a unified and effective cybersecurity approach.
- Oversee the implementation of security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor security logs, detect anomalies, and respond swiftly to potential incidents.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge, keeping them updated with the latest tools and techniques.
- Maintain open communication with senior management, providing regular updates on security status and strategic recommendations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore innovative cybersecurity practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in network security, firewall management, and intrusion detection systems is a must.
- Experience with SIEM tools is highly preferred, demonstrating practical knowledge of security event management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are advantageous, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Analytical mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to cybersecurity challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest security standards are consistently met.
