Student Recruitment Manager Charterhouse Dubai

Charterhouse is working with a prestigious multinational client within the Higher Education sector, who are looking to hire a Student Recruitment Manager to oversee the entire Gulf region. This role will be based in Dubai and will report to the International Head Quarters in the UK, acting as a brand ambassador to promote business growth and establish strong relationships across the assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Work closely alongside stakeholders & oversee the student recruitment and engagement activities for the Gulf markets.
• Strong focus on developing student recruitment plans, building relationships with partners, institutions & students, monitoring KPIs and tracking performance.
• Work with global team to develop & implement marketing material & campaigns which increase brand engagement, drive student recruitment.
• Client is looking to hire a self-starter who can work independently to develop and execute sales strategies with a proven track record in achieving enrolment targets & delivering within strict deadlines.

Requirements of Student Recruitment Manager

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have worked within higher education student recruitment, ideally focussing on GCC to the UK with 4 years or more experience.
• Previous experience of developing annual sales and marketing plans, working in either a manager or stand-alone role.
• Candidates should already be based in the UAE with prior experience working in the region.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Proven track record of leading student recruitment strategies across international markets.
• Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential.
