The Student Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator at American University in Dubai will manage the end-to-end admissions process, from initial student inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities for Student Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator at American University in Dubai Dubai

• Coordinate the student admissions process including application review, document verification, and communication with applicants
• Support student recruitment campaigns across local and international markets
• Manage and respond to prospective student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and recruitment partners
• Lead campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and their families
• Monitor admissions data and prepare regular reports on enrollment progress and conversion rates
• Contribute to the planning and execution of university open days, education fairs, and recruitment events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related role in higher education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel locally and internationally for recruitment events
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
