Store Manager – lululemon Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates Full-time

This role holds full accountability for daily store operations, from achieving sales targets and managing profit margins to coaching teams and ensuring operational compliance across brand and company standards. You will create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and track brand performance by reviewing stock levels, best sellers, and slow‑moving inventory. Consequently, your analytical feedback to Buying, Planning, and Operations departments directly shapes product ranging, pricing, and competitive strategy while ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the entire store team at all times, therefore driving customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability through targeted initiatives.
• Track brand performance by reviewing stock levels, monitoring best sellers and slow‑moving stock. Consequently, generate ideas and action plans to increase overall sales.
• Take overall accountability for compliance of subordinates with established company policies, procedures, and standards, including funds, properties, personnel practices, security, sales, and record‑keeping.
• Coach, train, and mentor the store team to enhance customer service levels through brand and product knowledge, plus overall understanding of retail operations.
• Ensure all Company Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are adhered to, raising concerns to the Excellence and Compliance team in a timely manner.
• Plan, organise, and execute in‑store processes including cash intake and handling, stockroom management, and stock‑take administration.
• Provide critical analytical feedback to Operations, Buying, and Planning Departments in relation to product, ranging, pricing, competitive activities, and opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of industry experience with a managerial background, proven record of maximising business performance.
• Good understanding of main customer segments, therefore able to help the team understand and serve them effectively.
• Identifies critical paths and proactively convenes the right stakeholders to ensure timely decisions are made.
• Makes hard decisions, knowing when to make a call versus delegating upwards.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills to develop store teams and enhance service levels.
• Analytical mindset to track stock performance, sales data, and competitive activities, then translate insights into actionable plans.
• Knowledge of retail compliance, health & safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
