Responsibilities of Storage Engineer

• Administer, install, configure, and patch NetApp and EMC storage systems.
• Manage and optimize data storage, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of complex storage issues.
• Collaborate on design and implementation of scalable storage solutions.
• Document storage systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents.

Requirements of Storage Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. NetApp, EMC) are a plus.
• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as Storage Level 3 Engineer.
• Minimum 300TB data storage management experience.

Skills And Abilities Desired

• Strong troubleshooting skills in storage environments.
• Scripting proficiency for automation tasks.
• Expertise in NetApp and EMC storage administration.
